About Dr. Willie Mae Hawkins
As an ordained clergy and self-care specialist, Dr. Willie Mae Hawkins is an inspirational speaker, consultant, certified professional life coach, and
#1 bestselling author.
Her work in self-care stems from her doctoral research and study, which consists of strategies in rest, meditation, diet, and exercise that provide a Biblical and Theological understanding to reduce emotional and behavioral stress. Thus, promoting longevity in life.
Dr. Hawkins is also a certified personal trainer/fitness coach, as well as a certified sports nutritionist/health coach.
Since her conviction by God in 2020 of not sharing with others her research on self-care strategies, Dr. Hawkins continues to explore ways to spread the Good News of Self-Care to the universal church.
